    Instructions advise to use a nickel size of the product--That's plenty for my medium length hair. That amount gives me manageable light-weight style.

    I have frizzy hair and this helps! My hair stylist uses this. After I apply this on my hair, I blow dry and frizz is gone. My hair looks so smooths and feels soft. This is my second tube. Recommend if you have frizzy hair and use heating products.
